الملكية الفكرية Intellectual Property
جميع محتويات الموقع (نصوص، تصاميم، صور، شعارات) محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية
لا يجوز نسخ أو توزيع أي محتوى دون إذن كتابي مسبق
تبقى حقوق المشاريع المنجزة للعميل بعد إتمام الدفع الكامل وفق العقد المبرم
All website content (text, designs, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights

Project rights transfer to the client upon full payment as per the signed agreement

حدود المسؤولية Limitation of Liability
لا نضمن توافر الموقع بشكل متواصل 100% نظراً للصيانة الدورية
نسعى دائماً لتقديم معلومات دقيقة لكن لا نضمن خلوّها من الأخطاء
لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الموقع

المرحلة المنجزة من العمل تُحتسب بغض النظر عن الإلغاء

Cancellation and refund terms are specified in each project contract individually
Completed work phases are billable regardless of cancellation

القانون المطبّق Governing Law
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية
يتم حل أي نزاع بشكل ودّي أولاً، ثم عبر الجهات القانونية المختصة
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably, then through competent legal authorities
